- Service Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your gel polish or nail enhancements chip within 7 days of your service, complimentary repairs are available. Please contact us promptly to schedule an appointment. - No Refund Policy:
All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please notify management before leaving so we can address them accordingly. - Health & Safety:
Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service begins. - Child Safety:
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. For safety reasons, running and playing inside the salon are not permitted. - Complimentary Beverages:
Complimentary alcoholic beverages are limited to one drink per guest. Must be 21 years of age or older with valid ID. Please drink responsibly. - Right to Refuse Service:
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or conditions that may compromise the safety and comfort of others. - Personal Belongings:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
